Functional Dry Needling
Dry needling is a minimally invasive treatment used to help patients with neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments including: joint pain (all of them), arthritis, muscle tension, tendinitis and tendinosis', lower back pain, migraines, cervicogenic headaches, and tempromandibular dysfunction (AKA TMJ) among others.
Dizziness and Concussion
Concussions are a type of traumatic brain injury. Our treatment strategies focus on SCAT5 and Impact screening used with professional athletes. This holistic approach addresses all components of dizziness and concussion including: neck pain, vertigo, posture, coordination, and eye coordination and strength.

Personal training or a continuation of skilled physical therapy services provided by a clinician with a unique attention to improving movement patterns, reducing injury reoccurrence, and using resistance training to reach client and patient goals.
This service can also include hands on manual therapy from a Doctor of Physical Therapy including massage, iASTM, cupping, taping, muscle energy techniques, and more.

1. What to expect
Your first visit begins with a thorough discussion of your medical history and current injury and fitness goals. Whether virtually or in person, we will meet at your home, office, or gym for your visit and perform a thorough evaluation of how your body moves to best understand your needs. We will then work to create the best plan to achieve your wellness goals.

3. Follow-up visits and continued care
The initial examination and follow-up visits will include hands on manual therapies, therapeutic exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-education, and movement analysis. All following treatments are performed by Dr. Sean Horner. He believes the body to be a dynamic system that works as a unit and requires attention to all related areas to create a solution to pain and dysfunction.
